Promises, Promises
Although denied a part in the allied war strategy talks, Fala, FDR’s pet Scottie, is representing the dogs of America at Quebec. “When the war is over, there’ll be a nice, juicy beef bone every day for every dog,” Fala told reporters while flash bulbs popped and cameras clicked.
